Privacy Policy

1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how itsjd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Urdu AI Designer: Design Studio (also referred to as “Editor Studio” or “Studio Editor”), our mobile applications, the website at aidesigner.live, and related online services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Information you provide: Account details when you sign in with Google or Apple (such as name, email, profile photo URL, and authentication identifiers). User content including text, images, audio, designs, templates, prompts, and materials you create, upload, import, or generate. Support messages when you contact us.

Information collected automatically: Device type, operating system, app version, language settings, diagnostic data, feature usage events, screen views, session activity, and app instance or user identifiers linked to your account.

Information from device permissions: Depending on features you use, the app may request access to your photos and media library (import and save designs), camera (capture photos), microphone or audio (voice-related features), and device storage (project files and exports). You can revoke permissions in device settings; some features may not work without them.

Purchase and credit information: Credit balances, credit usage logs, and in-app purchase records processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service (design editing, AI tools, cloud sync, and accounts), authenticate users, process credits and purchases, generate AI outputs from your inputs, store and retrieve designs and history, analyze usage to improve performance and develop features, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis (such as in the EEA or UK), we process personal data based on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request); legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and analyze the Service, balanced against your rights); consent (where required for optional permissions, which you may withdraw); and legal obligation (where processing is required by law).

5. AI Features and Automated Processing

The Service includes AI features such as background removal, poster generation, image upscaling, video generation, text-to-audio, OCR, and similar tools. Before first AI use, the mobile app shows an in-app consent prompt that explains AI data sharing and asks for your permission.

When you use AI features, we may send your prompt text, selected images or audio, generation settings, and related request metadata to our servers and cloud AI providers (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) only to produce the output you requested. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, children’s data, or content you are not authorized to share. AI processing is used to deliver requested features, not to make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers to operate the Service, including Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics), Google Sign-In and Apple Sign In (authentication), cloud AI providers such as OpenAI and Google Gemini (AI processing), Pixabay (online photo search), and Apple App Store / Google Play (distribution and in-app purchases).

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We share only information necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections for international transfers.

8. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Projects and exports may be stored on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Account data, generated content metadata, and feature history may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics and security logs are kept for limited periods. We may retain certain records longer when required by law or to resolve disputes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing connect@itsjd.com . We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law. Some data may remain in backups or where retention is legally required.

9. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers under confidentiality obligations, when required by law or legal process, to protect users and the Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice where required). We do not sell personal information.

10. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information). You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You may request disclosure of categories collected, deletion, and correction by emailing connect@itsjd.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR): You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Please contact us first so we can address your concern.

12. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact connect@itsjd.com and we will take steps to delete it.

13. Analytics and Tracking

We use analytics to understand how the app is used. We do not use the Service for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. You may limit certain analytics through device privacy settings where available.

14. Your Choices

You may sign out or request account deletion by following the steps at https://aidesigner.live/delete-account. Manage camera, photos, and microphone access in device settings. Delete local projects through the app or by uninstalling. Transactional service messages may still be sent where necessary.

15. Links to Other Services

The Service may link to third-party websites or services such as app stores. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is posted at https://aidesigner.live/privacy with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
