How to request account deletion

1. Open your email app.
2. Send a message to connect@itsjd.com from the same email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in in the app.
3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
4. In the message, include the email address you use to sign in and confirm that you want your account and associated data deleted.
5. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days (or sooner where required by law).

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize:

• Account profile (name, email, profile photo URL, user ID)
• Credit balance and credit transaction history tied to your account
• Cloud-stored design history, AI job records, and template submissions linked to your account
• Poster generation history and saved AI outputs on our servers associated with your account

What may be kept

Some data may be retained for a limited time:

• Legal and compliance records (for example, purchase records required for tax or fraud prevention) — up to 7 years where required by law
• Security and abuse logs — up to 90 days
• Backup copies — removed within 30 days after deletion is processed

Data stored only on your device

Designs and exports saved locally on your phone are not deleted by us. To remove them, delete projects in My Designs or uninstall the app.
